Warranty Information

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for eligible unused items returned in their original condition and original packaging.
A flat $12 return fee applies to eligible items except kit bags. Because kit bags can incur dimensional-weight shipping charges, return shipping costs for kit bags may vary.
Customized, personalized, altered, knocked-in, serviced, special-order, clearance, or other specified products may be subject to different return conditions or may not be eligible for return.
Bowling machines and certain oversized or specialty products may also have separate return requirements.
